Question 1

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfers, and all major debit/credit cards via our secure payment gateway.

Question 2

How will I receive my product after purchase?

Accepted Answer

All products are delivered digitally. You will receive your credentials, activation link, or product access via WhatsApp or email within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation.

Question 3

Are these products genuine and legal?

Accepted Answer

Every plan we sell is a working, genuine subscription — never a cracked or modified app. Many plans are group-buy or shared subscriptions, where several users share the cost of one premium plan; the product page always states whether an account is private or shared.

Question 4

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been activated or used. Once a product is activated or credentials are shared, refunds cannot be processed. Contact us on WhatsApp for refund requests.

Question 5

What if my product stops working during the warranty period?

Accepted Answer

All products come with a warranty for the specified duration. If you face any issues during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement. Contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are delivered within 5–30 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order is ready.

Question 7

Can I share my account with others?

Accepted Answer

Sharing depends on the product type. Some subscriptions are single-user, while others support multiple devices. Check the product description or ask us on WhatsApp for details.

Question 8

Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders and resellers. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss custom pricing for your needs.

Question 9

Is my personal information safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties.

Question 10

How can I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Our 24/7 support team is available on WhatsApp at +91 6357998730. You can also reach us via email or Instagram @dreamcrest_solutions.

Question 11

What exactly is a group buy and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

In a group buy, several customers share the cost of one premium plan instead of each paying full price. You get working access to the tool for the full validity you paid for, at a fraction of the official price. Where a plan is private instead of shared, the product page says so.

Question 12

Is a shared account safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes for normal use. Follow three rules: do not change the account password or recovery email, do not enable two-factor authentication on a shared login, and keep sensitive work in your own storage. If access ever stops working during the warranty period, we replace it free.

Question 13

Can my account get banned or suspended?

Accepted Answer

It is rare, but a vendor can reset sessions or suspend a shared login. That is exactly what the warranty covers — message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we issue a replacement, usually within a few hours, at no cost.

Question 14

Do I need to give you my own email or password?

Accepted Answer

Only when the plan is activated on your personal email — those products are clearly labelled "Activated on your personal email". We never ask for the password of your personal account, and we never ask for OTPs for anything other than the activation you requested.

Question 15

How is Dreamcrest so much cheaper than official pricing?

Accepted Answer

Two reasons: group buy splits the cost of one plan across several users, and we buy annual plans in volume and pass the bulk pricing on. There is no hidden catch — you pay less because you are sharing a plan or buying through a bulk purchase.

Question 16

Do you renew subscriptions automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing auto-charges you. We message you on WhatsApp before your plan expires and you decide whether to renew.

Question 17

Is Dreamcrest Solutions legit?

Accepted Answer

We have been selling since 2021 with a public WhatsApp number, business address, published refund policy and unedited delivery proofs from real orders. You can also ask for a live screen-share of your product before paying.
